Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at retour@cheroy.nl. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense and are not covered by Chéroy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the right item is to return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
